The Ontario site runs under Ligtip Limited and an AGCO registration, and it calls its own game catalogue: 3,115 games in all, 396 of them live. Blackjack makes up 292 of those titles, and the count by studio below shows how heavily the list leans on one live provider and its numbered tables.

Ontario’s 281 live titles come from two providers, Pragmatic Play Live with 260 and Evolution with 21. That is a narrow studio mix for a lobby this long, and it means the choice at TonyBet is mostly a choice between numbered copies of a handful of Pragmatic games, each copy with its own dealer and stake range.

Raw counts flatter the TonyBet blackjack lobby. Pragmatic deals the same game across long runs of numbered tables, and TonyBet lists each one. The numbered Blackjack and VIP tables and the Speed Blackjack line return 99.41%, an edge of 0.59%, and ONE Blackjack returns 99.59%, or 0.41%, the cheapest live figure in the lobby. ONE Blackjack seats unlimited players on one shared box, each deciding separately, with Six Card Charlie and four optional side bets including Crazy 7.

Speed Blackjack changes the pace, not the price. Every seated player acts at once rather than in turn, so a round finishes much faster, and the 0.59% edge stays the same per hand. More hands per hour, though, means more money staked per hour, so the expected cost of a session rises with the speed.

On Android, the Ontario app sits on Google Play under the package ca.tb.ontario, from the same developer. It rates 3.1 from 182 ratings, shows more than 10,000 downloads, needs Android 6.0 and reached version 1.44.0 on 23 September 2026. Both builds were updated within two weeks of our check, which points to active maintenance.

Each app is new, lightly rated and over 260 MB on iOS, a lot of phone storage for one app. The mobile site at tonybet.ca opens the same Ontario lobby without the download. Store figures do not show how a live table streams on a given phone, so a short session on Wi-Fi is the quickest test.
