Jackpot City Blackjack Review: Live and RNG Tables, App and Payments

ONE Blackjack seats any number of players on a single box, and every one of them decides their own hand. It is the Pragmatic Play table among the Jackpot City blackjack titles in Ontario, next to On Air Entertainment's Eclipse, Live Private and On Air tables, and it deals from C$1 to C$5,000 a hand.

This review reads Jackpot City's Ontario pages, its payment and help pages, both app store listings and the AGCO register, all on 5 and 6 October 2026, with casino.ca's Ontario review for the lobby totals. The house edges come from our own table records, which now carry a published return for every table named below.

Live tables in the Jackpot City blackjack section

The Ontario live blackjack page names its tables by studio. On Air Entertainment supplies Eclipse Blackjack, Live Private Blackjack, On Air Blackjack and the house-branded Live Exclusive Blackjack. Pragmatic Play supplies ONE Blackjack. Speed Blackjack and Live Blackjack 12 complete the named list, and casino.ca counts more than 30 live blackjack tables in all.

On Air Entertainment belongs to Games Global, and its tables follow one rule set: eight decks, the dealer stands on soft 17, a blackjack pays 3:2, and you may double on any two cards but not after a split. On Air’s published 99.44% return gives a 0.56% house edge. Eclipse seats unlimited players with the same rules.

ONE Blackjack is the closest thing here to Evolution’s Infinite format. One box is dealt, any number of players bet on it, and each chooses to hit, stand, double or split on their own. Six Card Charlie applies: six cards totalling 21 or less win at once. Doubling after a split is allowed, per Pragmatic’s own description.

The record behind ONE Blackjack gives eight decks, the dealer standing on soft 17 and 3:2 for a blackjack, and Pragmatic publishes a 99.59% return, so the house edge is 0.41%. The side bets are Crazy 7, 21+3, Perfect Pairs and a bet on the dealer busting. Live blackjack at Jackpot City runs from C$1 to C$5,000 a hand.

Jackpot City blackjack titles and their house edges

The operator names Games Global and its Apricot platform as its main supplier, and the RNG list is built from the Switch and Premier families that Cadtree’s four Ontario casinos share. Casino.ca counts more than 25 RNG blackjack tables at C$1 to C$200 a hand. The named titles with rule records look like this.

Other names in the RNG list include Switch European Blackjack, Perfect Strategy Blackjack and Switch ReDeal Blackjack. Two Premier titles add side-bet layers: Premier Blackjack with Side Bets and Premier Blackjack with Buster Blackjack. A multi-hand version of the Classic game rounds out the list, and Vegas Strip is the most played RNG table, according to casino.ca.

House edges in this review: the RNG tables with rules on record

Four Games Global records in our register are linked to titles on these pages, and each carries the provider’s published return. The figures assume basic strategy, and the list runs from the lowest edge to the highest. All four sit below ONE Blackjack and the On Air live tables, making these RNG games the cheapest seats at Jackpot City.

Atlantic City BlackjackGames Global (Microgaming)0.35 %Published RTP

The single-deck game is the surprise at the top. The dealer hits soft 17, you may double only on 9, 10 or 11, and doubling after a split is not allowed, yet one deck brings the edge down to 0.31%, from a published 99.69% return. Vegas Strip deals four decks with the dealer standing on soft 17, at 0.35%.

Atlantic City deals eight decks, the dealer stands on soft 17, doubling after a split is allowed and late surrender is offered, which together hold the edge to 0.35%. Vegas Downtown uses two decks with the dealer hitting soft 17 and comes out at 0.38%. Each game prints the same rules in its help panel.

Over 1,000 hands at C$10 each, the single-deck game gives up about C$31 on average, Atlantic City about C$35, ONE Blackjack about C$41 and the On Air tables about C$56. Those are long-run figures under basic strategy, and any single session can land well away from them in either direction.

Roulette, baccarat and game shows beside the blackjack

On Air and Pragmatic supply the rest of the live floor too, about 80 live games according to casino.ca: more than 20 roulette tables, more than 10 baccarat tables, more than 10 game shows, a live poker game, Sic Bo and Andar Bahar. Named games include Live Exclusive Roulette, Real Baccarat with Holly, Fortune Finder with Sarati and LC MegaWheel.

The RNG side runs to more than 80 table games, including more than 35 roulette versions such as European Roulette, Turbo Auto Roulette and Vinnie Jones Roulette, more than 10 video poker games, Switch Dragon Tiger and Switch No Commission Baccarat. Casino.org’s review counts more than 400 slots, and casino.ca puts the whole library at more than 1,600 games.

An iOS app with 24,907 ratings

The iPhone app, Jackpot City Real Money Casino, holds a 4.5 rating from 24,907 ratings on the Canadian App Store. Version 22.1 was released on 5 October 2026. It weighs 43.0 MB, needs iOS 15.1 or later and lists English, French and 14 other languages. It was first released on 15 December 2022.

The Android listing, Jackpot City: Online Casino from Cadtree Limited, shows a 4.25 rating from 1,929 ratings and more than 100,000 downloads. It reached version 22.0 on 5 October 2026 and runs on Android 7.0 or later. Both apps are casino-only, and the Jackpot City mobile page links to each store directly.

The iOS rating count is unusually large for a Canadian casino app, so the 4.5 average rests on a broad base. Real-money play inside either app needs an Ontario location: the player must be physically present in Ontario, and the app then opens the AGCO-registered Ontario site and its cashier.

Interac, cards and published cash-out times

Interac Online and Visa work in both directions. Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay are for deposits, and eCheck is for withdrawals. Deposits start at C$10, and the minimum withdrawal is C$50. Visa withdrawals are listed at 1 to 24 hours, and Interac Online and eCheck at one to three business days.

Cadtree Limited, the AGCO registration and support

Jackpot City belongs to Cadtree Limited of La Corvee House, Alderney, a subsidiary of Super Group (SGHC) Limited, which is listed on the NYSE and also owns Betway. The AGCO register lists its registration OPIG1236392 as active until 22 June 2027, first issued on 23 June 2022, and iGaming Ontario lists Play Jackpot City.

The register entry names the gaming site on.jackpotcity.ca, and Jackpot City operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, so play is open to adults aged 19 or older who are located in Ontario. The brand has been online since 1998 and partners with the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors.

Temporary exclusion runs from 24 hours to three months, and self-exclusion from six to 12 months, which cannot be shortened. The Responsible Gaming page adds a self-assessment test, two-step login by text or email, BetBlocker software, which also works as a parental control, BetGuard on 1-833-776-7171, ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council and Gamblers Anonymous.

Before you play live Jackpot City blackjack: a check at the table

The live room suits players who want low stakes with a known price: C$1 seats at ONE Blackjack and the On Air tables, with edges of 0.41% and 0.56%. The cheapest games overall are the RNG tables, where Vegas Single Deck at 0.31% undercuts both ONE Blackjack and the On Air tables.

When you first open a live table, read its help panel for the deck count and the soft 17 rule before your first hand. Then enter those rules in our calculator: a 3:2 payout and a dealer standing on soft 17 are the two lines that matter most, and a table showing neither costs more on every hand.
